All of the short notice requests were completed within their 1 day deadlines. EMEA DS SAN - Multifonds performance issue: 14 TB of Multifonds replicated storage has now been migrated to the new VMAX arrays. The EMC tool to reclaim unwritten space is being run against each of the clusters after the data has been migrated. This has been run against the Luxembourg cluster where 700GB (2.4 TB raw) of physical disk was reclaimed. If similar percentages can be reclaimed from the other clusters we expect to see over 5TB (17 TB raw) of physical storage reclaimed. It took an aprox. of 12hrs to perform zoning/lun masking configurations and to setup STAR replication groups for 8 hosts in Riverdale and 8 hosts in Franfurt. Performing replication operations for 44 replication groups which are requested by Application/Platform groups. All requests were completed without any issues from SAN perspective.
