HDS Capacity report

Latest Version = HDS Capacity Report - V10 (2012)

Map a network Drive to "Z: \\rdcsan-mgt1\san\"

Open the report

Enable Macros

Goto "Pivot_FDC"

Click on "Update XML data" button in cell B29.

The "FDC" tab will highlight

After a short time, "Xml data import complete" message will appear

Click on "OK" 

Go back to "Pivot_FDC"

Click on "Refresh pivot tables" button in cell B31

After a short time, "Pivottable refresh complete" message will appear

Click on "OK"

Goto "Pivot_RDC"

Click on "Update XML data" button in cell B35.

The "RDC" tab will highlight

After a short time, "Xml data import complete" message will appear

Click on "OK" 

Go back to "Pivot_RDC"

Click on "Refresh pivot tables" button in cell B38

After a short time, "Pivottable refresh complete" message will appear

Click on "OK"

Go back to "Pivot_FDC"

Copy the block of data starting in cell P8, ending in cell X15

Goto "Summary" tab.

Ensure there is sufficient "white space" between the last entry and "Insert above this line" (coloured yellow)
to accomodate the copied data.

Highlight the first empty cell in column D (Site)

Paste BY VALUE the block of data 

Go back to "Pivot_FDC"

copy the block of data starting in cell AO8

go back to "Summary" tab

Highlight the first empty cell in column D (Site)

Paste BY VALUE the block of data

Goto "Pivot_RDC"

Copy the block of data starting in cell P8, ending in X22

Goto "Summary" tab

Ensure there is sufficient "white space" between the last entry and "Insert above this line" (coloured yellow)
to accomodate the copied data.

Highlight the first empty cell in column D (Site)

Paste BY VALUE the block of data 

Go back to "Pivot_RDC"

copy the block of data starting in cell AO8

go back to "Summary" tab

Highlight the first empty cell in column D (Site)

Paste BY VALUE the block of data.

populate all cells beside the new data in column C (Date) with todays date (format dd/mm/yyyy)

In column I locate the "Fat" lines of data.

CUT the three cells in columns J, K & L on each "FAT" line and PASTE these three values in columns M, N & O on the same line

copy down the formulas in columns P, Q & R.

Copy down the formula in Column B
