1. Describe in Layman's terms what the change is and why the change is
   required.

This RFC is to perform the SAN Establish operations for CEEMEA WorkLoad Migration DR2. Unfortunately we missed out the this activity in  RFC 15749693 and AR 15758601  is to cover the actvities performing on Sunday (18th Aug 2012) .

to cover sync and spcover Capacity installations into Polish Centera's to
remediate current Single Point of Failure (SPOF) and is aprerequisite
for the data migration from End of Service Life hardware subject to
global CAP.


2. If something goes wrong with the change, which services, businesses
   and / or (groups of) users may be impacted, and how?

if we missed out this change then CEEMEA Work Load Migration DR2 won't happend and will delay the production cut over

Users of the arrays are:
AXS point
PL Voice recording

The change covers hardare addition only and is an online activity.
Capacity will be added to the existing arrays, there will be no changes
to current set up, therefore no outages are expected.



3. Will there be any scheduled outages during the implementation of
   the change?  (Y/N)  If yes, what are the details of each scheduled
   outage?

No

5. Describe the urgency that justifies this unplanned Priority 2
   change.

The Polish centera environment are currently only able to archive to a
single array pair, this is due to a capacity shortfall.
Should an outage occur to the array the applications primarily access,
it may not be possible to access the requird data from the alternate
array.
The installation of the capacity to both source/Target array will allow
the replication of data to either array and remediate current SPOF.

Additionally the installation of the hardware is on the critical path
to allow the migration from end of service life hardware.
