Easy fix solutions requires a minimum-supported operating system and software. For .msi solutions, you can run the solutions on Windows XP and later versions of operating systems. For, .diagcab solutions, you can run the solutions on Windows 7 and later versions of Windows.
The easy fix wizard will be localized for the following languages. In some cases, the easy fix wizard may be in English only. However, the automated solution also works for other language versions of Windows.

If you are not on the computer that has the problems when you download the easy fix solution, you can save the easy fix solution to a flash drive or to a CD/DVD, and then you can run it on the computer that has the problem.
Microsoft easy fix solutions can be downloaded and distributed by using Group Policy preferences, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (during or after deployment), or software distribution tools. You can apply the solutions silently through the following methods.

You can use the following script to deploy and execute the easy fix solution silently throughout an enterprise IT environment.

Notes- "[AutomatedFixUnattended.ps1]" is a placeholder for the script path. You must download and unzip the file from this link, and then replace the placeholder with the local path of the script file that you saved.
- "[.diagcab]"is a placeholder for the local path of the easy fix solution. It must be replaced with the easy fix solution that is downloaded to the local computer.
For example, the following command runs the easy fix solution from the local folder: D:\Temp
